Rewind '23: The hug lady is back. Did Kelowna embrace her this time?

It was a dreary May day when Cindy Lyon - an experienced hugger - first ventured downtown to breath life back into the global hug movement.

She first embraced the cause with open arms back in 2018.

And while her physical outreach last month met a chilly reception - it didn't damped her spirit.

Armed with, well, arms, eager to cradle passerby, Lyon headed out to try again.
