She was handing out free hugs. Here's how Kelowna reacted
Sharing the love.
Cindy Lyon is an experienced hugger and has no problem putting herself out there in the name of spreading a little love.
She works in the social services sector and recently moved to Kelowna from Ontario.
She joined the global hug movement back in 2018 but for obvious reasons she had to curtail her on-the-street exploits the last few years.
But now she’s back.
