What is this strange object in the sky over Kelowna?
Object appears to have arms and legs
Video of an object floating in the sky over Kelowna is making the rounds online.
It was captured by Shannon Grain in Upper Ellison above the airport.
The unidentified object was spotted at about 11 a.m. on March 15.
Debate is going back and forth online, with some saying it looks like a balloon.
Other commenters say whatever it is appears to have arms and legs.
