WATCH: Simple steps to start spring cleaning

Paper, paper everywhere

It's time for spring cleaning - but that doesn't have to be restricted to a broom and mop.

Personal Organizer, Corey Anderson, says it's a great time to tackle the clutter that's built up in our drawers, desks, and counters over the winter.

The best and most effective place to start is with all that paper!

Paper pile ups getting you down? Here are a few ways you tackle that paper clutter:

1) Start by sorting small piles - even five minutes a day of going through your papers can make a huge difference.

2) As you are going through papers, make note of bills, subscriptions or mail that could be managed online.

3) Create a good filing system! Invest in a good filing cabinet where papers can be stored and organized.

You can find Corey Anderson on Facebook and on Instagram.
