Lagree by the Lake provides high-intensity, low impact workouts
It's like Pilates on steroids.
Or at least, that's what 'Lagree by the Lake' instructor Chloe Cappelletto likens it to.
Toby Tannas from 103.1 Beach Radio visited her studio in downtown Kelowna to experience the unique workout.
"The slower, the better when it comes to Lagree! When you perform the exercises slower, you activate your slow-twitch muscle fibers," Cappelletto told Toby.
"Slow-twitch muscle fibers are your endurance, fat-burning, toning, and sculpting fiber. If you want to create a well-defined physique, you need to stimulate your slow-twitch muscle fiber."
