Is the combination of waffles and hotdogs a winner?
Among the delectable offerings found at the Kelowna Farmers' & Crafters' Market, there's one emerging star that's beginning to generate significant attention - the waffle hotdog.
Josh Della-Savia, owner and operator of Ruthless Waffles spoke to Sarah from 104.7 The Lizard about the popular dish.
“I genuinely care about food, I'm a Red Seal chef, and I made this business specifically for the people,” he said. “This is a very popular item; it’s been a staple at the farmers market this whole summer.”
