Be grounded in your body
It's fair to say Ananda Carver has nailed it, literally!
In fact she goes through hundreds of sets of nails, (false ones), every month.
That's because she owns and runs Scratchy Girl, which she describes as Canada's first and only ASMR ( Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) scratchy professional business.
"We're somatic therapists, so we have a background in understanding how to professionally touch someone," Carver explained to Kelowna10 at her studio at 2622 Pandosy St. "We have to be able to use our nails to allow somebody to relax."
Sarah and Ryan, from the morning show on 104.7 The LIZARD, went along to discover how it feels.
