Do you know the track Ryan is strumming this week?
We’re celebrating 25 years of the iconic Green Day album Nimrod.
The band's fifth studio album was released on Oct. 14, 1997.
That album contained what is easily one of the most iconic acoustic singles in modern rock.
And it's wild to thing the song almost never happened.
The band's producer actually had to jump in and save the song because Green Day thought the track didn’t quite fit the punk rock vibe of the rest of the album.
But what surprised everyone is how big the song became, and what it ended up being used for.
If you graduated in the late '90s or early 2000s, there is a high probability it was your graduation song.
Watch the video and see if you can guess the name of the track.
