It's comfort food - simple and enjoyable.
But at this local café, they’re bringing unique and complex flavours to these simple dishes.
Big Ginger, from 103.1 Beach Radio, visited J’s Café & Bistro, owned by Jacob Lee, a bonafide culinary Olympian with multiple medals to his name.
Lee’s goal is to bring diversity to these well-loved dishes.
