These Kelowna fans got to shake hands with The Sheepdogs

It pays to tune-in!

A couple of lucky winner’s ears are still ringing with the sweet sounds of revival rock outfit, The Sheepdogs, after a unique experience.

Erin Haberlin and Rob Moen won themselves an exclusive meet & greet with the band ahead of their sold-out show at the Kelowna Community Theatre, Tuesday.

“I was actually going to get tickets and then they were sold out, so I felt so lucky when I won,” Haberlin said.

“Just a great band. I think their throwback to the 70s, 80s, is fantastic rock n’ roll. I just wanted to support then and wanted to see them,” Moen said. “So happy to have won tickets through you guys.”

Both listeners earned their way to shaking hands with the band after acing some trivia questions while listening to Roach, during the 104.7 The Lizard afternoon show.

“It was so fun to get everyone calling in and answering some questions about sheepdogs – both the animal and the band,” Roach said. “That’s why it pays to always be listening to 104.7 The LIZARD, because The LIZARD loves live!”
