Harlequin still rockin' after 50 years with new single
Major milestone
Hard to believe, but yes, it's been a full fifty years since the formation, in 1975, of popular Canadian rock outfit Harlequin.
The band's purple patch for big hits came in a three year stretch: from 1979's debut album, Victim of a Song, to Love Crimes in 1980 - featuring "Innocence" - and then the LP One False Move, two years later.
Ara, from 103.1 Beach Radio, caught up with lead singer George Belanger, who just keeps on rocking.
They chatted about how it all started for him, the band's current producer, and their brand new single "Everything We Got."
