Toby from 103.1 Beach Radio visits Kelowna BMW to chat with General Manager Gord about her recent car purchase.
Staff were able to assist Toby and her husband while Gord was away, and they ended up picking out a brand new model.
“Our staff are the cornerstone of our business, and everything begins and ends with how they treat our customers,” Gord said.
