Where is Kelowna cool with people lighting up?
It's been nearly six years since cannabis was legalized in Canada.
In that time, the rules around consuming cannabis have relaxed somewhat.
Armed with a microphone, Roach, from 104.7 The LIZARD, asked passersby if they thought cannabis should be allowed to be smoked on the beach or outside on patios?
