Many governments across Canada are introducing bans on cell phone use in the school classroom starting this week.

In British Columbia the 'bell to-bell' restrictions are aimed at ensuring students have fewer distractions in the classroom and can concentrate on their learning. Officials say digital literacy and developing healthy habits with technology play a vital role to keeping our kids healthy and safe.
