Toby, from 103.1 Beach Radio, takes a look at a popular trend in skin and tissue treatment: red light therapy.
LED light therapy works by using light of certain wavelengths to make changes in skin cells.
You can get therapies at a clinic or by using equipment at home.
As Toby learns from Dr. David Hatton from The Helix Clinic, there's a lot of good quality equipment out there, but plenty of bad stuff too, and you need to be careful before buying.
