As Toby, from 103.1 Beach Radio learned, she's a two to three-year-old French Bulldog who came up from California and is now looking for her forever home.
Her foster family says she’s a joy to have around!
She's great with kids, other dogs, and always up for a walk. Most of all, Cardi just wants to be with her people.
