Hey Bumper, pleased to meet you!
This three-year-old Frenchie is delightful, as Toby from 103.1 Beach Radio discovered.
He has just one eye but that doesn't work. He'll lose that one as well in future.
But despite his lack of vision, Bumper can navigate, jump on and off things, walk, and cuddle.
What more do you want!
