Once starving on a California freeway, he’s now thriving with Paws it Forward.
As Toby, from 103.1 Beach Radio discovered, he's just eight or nine months old, playful, smart, and already learning fast.
With his gentle nature and a little heart on his nose, Blake is ready to steal yours.
