He’s a six-year-old sweetheart who loves both lounging and playtime, gets along with cats and kids, and is all around an amazing dog.
You can also support Phillip and other dogs in care at Paws It Forward by joining "Picnic with the Pups" this Saturday, September 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The View Winery and Vineyard.
