Forward finishes long stay in Washington

After a solid showing at his second NHL Training Camp, Kelowna Rockets forward Andrew Cristall was returned back to the team after recording three points (2G, 1A) in four pre-season games with the Washington Capitals.

RocketFAN.ca's Regan Bartel caught up with Cristall after his first practice back, on this edition of One Rocket, One Minute.
