Why you need to see things clearly before the new year arrives
It has certainly been a chaotic year and most of us are looking for some stability.
Professional numerologist and energetics expert, Meaghan Alton says if you see the number nine around you in December that means you should pause and be alert to chances to see through the mire.
That's because December is a ‘9 energy’ month and that has special significance.
“People have been telling me that 2022 has been filled with a lot of confusion and a lot of chaos,” Alton tells Kelowna10. “December is here to bring about clarity.”
She explains it’s almost like we’ve been wearing dirty glasses and there’s an opportunity to remove them and see more clearly.
Alton says particularly between Dec. 7-9, we should expect to see things in a new light.
“If you see the number 9 anywhere it’s really telling you ‘pause, take a look,’ and [see] what new thing wants to be shown to you,” she explains, while noting we’re in for more change in the new year.
“So, letting yourself take in this new information [in December] to see things more clearly is really going to set you up for 2023,” she says.
On a deeper level Alton says one of the key messages as we approach the new year is to not take anything that doesn’t belong to us into our future, and 2023 has certainly thrown up some curveballs.
“This year was a ‘6 energy’ year and we would have expected balance and harmony, but we didn’t, we had a lot of chaos and craziness ,” she explains. “That is happening to show us the areas in our life that are out of balance."
She says we experienced ‘the shadow side’, or difficult, extreme of the ‘6 energy’ year, hence the financial challenges brought about by inflation and the war in Ukraine.
“To create positive change enough individuals collectively need to make a different choice and that will start to shift things.”
