Meet the Harvey Ave dancing guy!

You've no doubt seen Shawn Vibert on your way to/from work, or while out and about in Kelowna.

He's the guy who wears those headphones and is pointing at traffic as he dances alongside the highway.

He's been doing this for years, but a recent switch in location from Vernon to Kelowna means he's gained a lot of new spectators.

In a nutshell, Shawn, who calls himself a visionary technologist and performer, went through some very dark times about seven years ago.

But now, the father of two, who turns 50 this week, makes it his daily mission - rain or shine- to walk and dance between the mall and the bridge.

Gospel rap is his preferred music of choice, although he's also into hip-hop and EDM.
