A step-by-step guide
Anyone can experience a traumatic relationship: where there's a power imbalance.
It leads to control, manipulation, gaslighting, intimidation, financial pressure, emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, and many other toxic relationship patterns that gradually erode a person’s confidence and independence.
Kelowna-based clinical counsellor and educator Dr. Kristin Wild has just launched her book, Ending Abuse, which provides a clear and practical roadmap for identifying abusive dynamics, understanding their impact, and finding a path forward.
Check out the video.
And 25 per cent of the proceeds of the book sales will go to Mamas for Mamas, a specialized poverty relief agency and an all inclusive community for mothers and caregivers.
