In the heart of the brewery district, a boutique brunch spot awakens every Sunday.
Kettle River Brewing, known for its artisanal brews, transforms into a gastronomic delight, courtesy of Provisions Kitchen.
For two hours, from noon to 2 p.m., the brewery trades its hops for hash browns, and is filled with homemade baked goods and coffee.
Plus, $4 half pints flow freely all day.
The brunch menu, like the small batch brews, are crafted with precision and passion by Chef Brock, the culinary maestro behind Provisions Kitchen.
The menu evolves monthly, sprinkled with daily features, promising a unique culinary experience on each visit.
"We kind of do what we want and how we want to do it," Brock said. "The perk that I love about what we're doing here now is, in the seasons when things are growing, every type of produce we use, we grow ourselves. And that is like by far the best part of my day."
