Kelowna's mega, record-breaking concrete pour
Massive construction job
A huge concrete pour happened in downtown Kelowna Monday - the largest continuous concrete pour in British Columbia outside the Lower Mainland. .
It's a significant milestone for the planned 43-storey UBCO tower.
Dozens of workers were on site pouring and smoothing this important part of the foundation since 1 a.m. Monday
The 22-hour job on Doyle Avenue was expected to be done late Monday night.
