This local entrepreneur is on a 'roll' with her ice cream creations
Sunny skies are back, summer is here, and it's time to keep an eye out for this amazing ice cream vendor at local parks!
Sarah Nick from 104.7 The LIZARD visited Sweet Cloud Ice Cream Rolls to sample some of their unique sweet treats.
Using a simple cream base on a frigid metal surface, owner Paulina Mackenzie is able to create any combination of ingredients a customer desires.
The mobile ice cream trailer will be frequenting Ben Lee Park, Mission Recreation Park, Stuart Park, and downtown's City Park all throughout the summer.
