Here's how getting up close to a horse can help people
The forging of a special bond between people and an animal
Toby, from 103.1 Beach Radio, was getting in touch with herself and a special animal as she visited Equine Spirit Therapy in Kelowna.
Equine facilitator, Barbie Gervais met with Toby at the stables, and guided her through a typical session.
With her instruction, Toby was able to get in tune with the amazing creature.
