We’ve got a roundup of some of the best things to do in Kelowna, be it art exhibitions, theatre, restaurant openings, concerts, markets, and other to-dos to kick-back and enjoy the weekend.
Following sold-out European summer festivals, and Rock in Rio, the hugely popular American outfit announced they’re bringing their Let the Bad Times Roll Tour to Canada. The tour, featuring support from Canadian rockers Simple Plan, kicked off in Halifax and will hit 18 cities coast to coast with a stop in Kelowna.

The team is back in Kelowna this weekend, where they will face the Moose Jaw Warriors. It will come after a brief US road trip, where the team faced the Seattle Thunderbirds and Everett Silvertips.

Social media is full of do-it-yourself videos ahead of the holidays. True crafters make the projects look easy, but are they as simple as they appear on social media? Theatre Kelowna Society is presenting Snow White, a traditional pantomime show. Audiences will be introduced to a bounty of crazy characters, cheering on the heroes, and booing the baddies. The show is co-directed by Jerome Laroche and Megan Edwards and features a cast of 21.

It might be balmy in the valley, but the hill is ready to ride. After an early start to the season, Big White has received a dump of new powder and has opened a few more lifts so you can carve up the iconic Okanagan champagne powder. A Rocky Mountain High Christmas is returning to Kelowna. John Denver’s internationally acclaimed composer, conductor, and arranger, Lee Holdridge, will once again conduct The Okanagan Symphony Orchestra in a kick-off to the 2022 holiday season.
