Here is a simple Caesar recipe to quench your thirst for the big game

Nothing beats this classic drink on a Sunday

The big game is on Sunday, and if you are looking to quench your thirst, you need to try out this signature Caesar recipe.

Sarah Nick from 104.7 The Lizard walks us through a classic Caesar recipe with a simple but delicious twist - pickle juice.

Ingredients:

  • Clamato juice
  • pickle juice
  • lime OR lemon
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • a celery stick or pickle for garnish
  • Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce, like Franks
  • celery salt rim or create your own
  • Vodka (optional)

Steps:

  1. First, rim your glass: take a lime or lemon wedge/juice and run it around the top rim of your glass, then dunk the rim in whatever you are using as a rimmer.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add Worcestershire, tabasco, lime/lemon juice, and pickle juice *If you are using liquor, add it here*
  4. Fill the rest of the glass with Clamato juice.
  5. Sprinkle in some rimmer spice and give it a good stir.
  6. Garnish with pickles, cheese, pepperoni or spicy beans, olives, or whatever tickles your fancy.

Caesars are totally flexible, but this is the easiest way to enjoy the drink!
