Come on a Floydian Trip with this cover band

Ryan is back with his weekly riff, but this time he is joined by local Pink Floyd tribute band, Floydian Trip.

They teamed up with him to lay down the iconic track "Have a Cigar" off the album Wish You Were Here.

With the band having an upcoming show at the Blue Gator on November 30th, Ryan wanted to know what set them apart from your typical tribute band.

"Well, there's lots of well-known Pink Floyd stuff out there that people have heard, but we wanted to try and bring some of the lesser known stuff to people as well," Paul Archard, vocalist/guitarist of the band told Ryan.

"It's kind of a combination of the popular stuff, and the less known stuff that we hope will become popular."

Archard said they will be bringing an extensive lightshow setup to the venue as well, touting it to be their biggest gig so far.
