This festival will ignite Kelowna with music and arts

Diverse talent set to take the stage

From a dynamic Indigenous hip-hop duo to the sounds of the Kootenays, and myriad local talent, Kelowna is set to ignite with Fireside Festival.

This much-anticipated event, running from Feb. 2 to 4, is a sizzling blend of music and art, with over 30 Canadian acts set to take the stage.

The journey begins with a kick-off party at Red Bird Brewing on Friday. The night will be led by Moontricks, and include local talent like Dawson Gray, and TeeKay.

The tempo rises at the Saturday All Day event at Red Bird, with a night capped with performances by Snotty Nose Rez Kids and RUMPUS. The day starts at 2 p.m. and will include performances by Post-Modern Connection, Femme Fatale, Bdice, NADUH, Broken Future, and other homegrown acts.

The weekend winds down at BNA Brewing Co. on Sunday with the Sunday Classic. It's the kind of day where the music stirs the soul, with a lineup of indie performers, like Windmills, Common Fires, 538St, and Kentucky Eileen.

But the festival is not just about music; it's also a celebration of arts. Attendees can enjoy an array of artistic displays and performances outdoors at Red Bird and indoors at BNA.

Tickets can be purchased online.
