Elevate your New Year's Eve with this simple French 75

Take champagne to the next level to ring in 2022

Champagne is a staple for New Year's Eve, but why not take a few simple steps to elevate the traditional drink.

Toby Tannas from 103.1 Beach Radio joined Gerry Jobe from SIMPS Modern Beverage for his take on a French 75.

Start with favourite gin. Jobe reaches for Arandano Blueberry Gin from Tempo Craft Gin out of Delta, B.C.

He then adds half an ounce of SIMPS Lavender Syrup, alongside a quarter ounce of SIMPS Lemon Sour Simple Syrup.

Measure it right into the flute and top with ‘bubbles’ of your choice. Garnish with a lemon rind and get set to collect the compliments.
