Don't be intimidated by the BBQ
It's summer and everyone should feel confident at the controls of the back yard BBQ.
Leslie, from OV1039, isn't that keen on grilling meat outdoors for the family, because she's concerned she'll just screw it all up.
So, she looked up a recipe for fish, and gave it a try.

Here's the recipe.
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. chipotle chili powder or regular chili powder
3 cloves garlic, minced
Kosher salt
4 (6-oz.) skin-on salmon filets
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 summer squash, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1/4 cup packed basil leaves, torn
Lime wedges, for serving
How to cook:
As you saw in the video just wrap in foil and cook at 425F for between 12 and 16 minutes.
