WIN A PAIR OF TICKETS FOR EACH SHOW!
Enter below for a chance to win two tickets! Graham Ord is a British/Canadian award-winning singer songwriter, guitarist, and producer. He cut his musical teeth in the vibrant British music scene and has since toured extensively all over the globe. Drawing from diverse influences within blues, soul, and gospel, Graham is widely respected as a versatile, engaging, and compelling performer whose live shows continually attract repeat audiences. Down the Lees, the powerhouse post-noise-rock trio led by Laura Lee Schultz, will make history as their upcoming theatrical performance is filmed and recorded for a live album, generously funded by Creative BC. This landmark project promises to capture the band’s signature thunderous guitars, driving rhythms, and emotionally charged vocals. What began as Schultz’s solo project in Vancouver evolved into a dynamic band during her time in Belgium, eventually finding its home in Kelowna with Andy Ashley on drums and Chris Carlson on bass. Their impressive discography includes multiple albums, an EP, and standout singles, headlined by the critically acclaimed Bury the Sun, recorded by Steve Albini (Nirvana/The Pixies) in Chicago. Nightshades is a collaborative indie rock band, featuring four esteemed Canadian songwriters (Andrew Judah, Common Fires, DL Ranney, and N. Sherman). In a Beatles-esque timeshare of accessible, vibrant music; nightshades' sound is rich with psychedelic flourish, but anchored in melodic hooks and pop sensibility. With all four members swapping vocal and instrumental duties, nightshades' live show is both visually and sonically dynamic. Complementary (but distinct) timbres, abilities, and songwriting styles blend on-stage in real-time: nightshades assembles a jigsaw puzzle of talent in front of their audience with every performance.  Draw is on Thursday, February 6! Winner contacted by the venue.
