Check out this unique indoor lounge just for your dog!

A haven for dogs and their humans

A fresh idea is making waves in Kelowna, blending great food, drinks, and a place for dogs to play—So Fetch!

The idea sprouted from a shared problem for co-owner Lyndsey Puhalsky and her mom: finding a place where both dogs and their owners could relax comfortably.

“My mom and I always come downtown to meet, and it's just whether it's too hot, too cold, we were trying to find a place to go,” she told Sarah Nick from 104.7 The LIZARD. “We thought Kelowna really needed an indoor dog friendly space and a place to give back to the dogs. They deserve a little better here in B.C..”

So Fetch is divided into two distinct sections, each with its own designated entrance.

On one side, there’s the eatery and treat bar—the first of its kind in Canada. Customers can help themselves to a variety of dog treats or order from a special dog-friendly menu featuring items like frittatas, tacos, and even “dog-hetti.”

The other side houses the lounge area, where guests can enjoy a drink while their dogs have fun in the ball pit or pose in the photo-op area. The vibe is casual, playful, and perfect for unwinding with your furry friend.

"I think anywhere people love their dogs, it’s becoming more common to spoil them," added Puhalsky. "More and more, people are treating their dogs like children."
