Sarah seeks out the silver
Nestled inside of San’s Latin Market, there’s a dazzling pop-up booth that exudes the essence of Mexico through its exquisitely crafted authentic jewelry.
Sarah from 104.7 The LIZARD checked out Silver Mexican Treasures.
“I work directly with family artisans in Taxco, Mexico. So, we are trying to do different things and use different techniques,” owner Alicia Belmont told Sarah. “We belong to the Mining Association in Taxco, Mexico so our quality of silver is some of the best in the world.”
Belmont’s passion for jewelry and her upbringing in her father's workshop in Mexico laid the foundation for her own business.
The company takes pride in offering a unique selection of high-quality 0.925 sterling silver and stone jewelry in the form of bracelets, rings, and earrings just to name a few.
“The idea [is] to bring high quality sterling silver, Mexican purity silver with unique designs on them, for a variety of different tastes,” she said.
When it comes to what's hot and in demand, she said there isn't a single best seller in her collection. The thrill lies in the diverse array of items that capture the hearts of customers, making each piece a unique and coveted treasure.
“Everybody is looking for something different. I try to please as much clientele as I can, and try to do a piece for everyone,” she explained.
