Changing face of Kelowna living
We've seen them under construction for some time now across from the Orchard Park Shopping Centre.
Now, the second of five buildings comprising new rental units on a prominent part of Kelowna's mid-town has received its occupancy permit.
Parkview Valley, at 2001 Benvoulin Court, will have over 100 units, and is now taking tenants.
Owner/operator Centurion Property Associates Inc, is offering studios from $1,699 per month and three-bedrooms from $2,799, in what they've called luxury apartments.
