Hotel group goes king size at YLW
As capacity at YLW continues to expand, so does the local accommodation and hospitality offerings.
Guests were invited this week to take a tour of the new guest rooms at both the Four Points Sheraton Kelowna Airport and the nearby Hampton Inn by Hilton, which are owned by Argus Properties.
Check out the video.
Key to the six-floor expansion to the Four Points is that every new room is a king, as the hotelier aims predominantly at the executive business traveller.
Ranked in the top 5 Four Points properties in Canada, and boasting multiple awards, Argus Properties said the hotel remains one of the busiest in Kelowna, with some of the highest occupancy rates in the region.
Completed five months ahead of schedule and on budget, the expansion introduces 55 new premium guest rooms, modernized suites, expanded meeting spaces, enhanced corporate facilities, and upgraded dining options.
Winning Marriott’s prestigious Operations Manager of the Year award 3 years in a row, the property continues to wow in terms of service and guest experience.
With a total of 560 rooms across four properties in Kelowna, Argus Properties is now the region's largest provider of tourism, recreation, and business hospitality services.
