Here's Kelowna’s hotpot hotspot!

Nestled in downtown Kelowna, Pick Thai Restaurant is Kelowna’s only place to enjoy a cultural delight: hotpot.

Hotpot is an interactive cooking experience with a variety of raw ingredients, such as thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables, and rice noodles.

It's to be cooked in a bubbling pot of flavored broths in the middle of the dining table and fosters a personalized dining experience to individual tastes and preferences.

“It’s really unique because if someone says, ‘they don’t like this, or they don’t like that,’ they can cook their own thing,” Ploy Bunchuwong, owner of Pick Thai Restaurant, told Big Ginger from 103.1 Beach Radio.

“It’s really fun for getting the family together too.”

The restaurant does monthly All You Can Eat Hotpot events.
