Here's why it can be a game-changer for men!
The popularity of Pilates is on the rise, particularly among men. The exercise helps with strength, flexibility, and core stability just to name a few.
At Pilates at Healthy Essentials Clinic in Lake Country, the amount of male participants attending is starting to grow.
"Slowly but surely we are getting a lot more men coming here which is awesome. They need it," said Pilates Program Manager Heather Booi. "It's good for bringing balance to everything that you do. Men focus on strength training and Pilates is going to help reduce pain, bring joint health, and longevity."
Ara from 103.1 Beach Radio went out and tried Pilates for the first time.
