This week Ara mixes it up with some very talented athletes, the Okanagan Firestorm Cheerleaders.
One of their teams, Blaze, recently placed first at the Jamz Nationals in Las Vegas, while the Crossfire girls came fourth in the World International Summit in Orlando.
