'Hope Floats' on this downtown building

Adding colour and thought to drab downtown walls

Hope Floats is UBCO’s largest mural yet, spanning over 3,400 sq. ft. in Kelowna's downtown.

Shifting from past themes of Okanagan wildlife, this year’s piece introduces a human element, focusing on rippling water and a vibrant palette.

The piece, created by UBCO arts students, is across two facades of the Columbia Bottle Depot building on St. Paul Street.

Murals like these continue to bring color and energy to Kelowna’s core.
