Roach from 104.7 The LIZARD took on the Speak Your Mind Mental Health Challenge in the chilliest way possible — with a full-blown ice bucket soak!
Assisting in this escapade, fellow on-air personalities Ryan and Sarah from The LIZARD morning show, seem to have got the more comfortable part of the deal!
Roach, also shares some local places to turn to if you're struggling — including the Canadian Mental Health Association, Kelowna Mental Health & Substance Use, and This Space Belongs to You.
